Steve Wylie
Steve is based in Singapore, and has over 22 years experience in IT, Programme Management, Business Analysis, Strategic Planning, E-Commerce Strategy and Applications, Bancassurance, BPR, and CRM.

Steve is the Managing Director and Managing Consulting Partner for VPN Group. Steve is an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management, a Fellow of the American Academy of Project Management. Dr. Cornel Collins, MBA, IWWP, FAAPM, CIPM, MPM, CAC, APA
Dr Collins is an international consultant, Project Manager and qualified professional coach and public speaker & lecturer at major Universities worldwide on subjects such as: Team Building, Management Development Programs, Project management, Leadership Paradigms & Styles, Organizational Structures, Management Strategies. Many of his articles in technology and management strategies have been published in major journals, and magazines worldwide.

In the Bahamas, his articles on Economic Paradigms of Leadership, Organizational Strategies, Information Systems, Customer Service, Business Strategies and CBI-Ten Years After, The Millennium Bug, and Quality Leadership, have been published by the Guardian. He is a dedicated Rotarian, the Past President of the Rotary Club of Nassau, and a two-time Paul Harris Fellow. Dr. Collins is also a Sports Psychologist, Certified Tennis Instructor (USTA, CLTA, AELTA), Certified Golf Instructor (CPGTA, PGTCA), National Coach – Bahamas Golf Federation and Black Belt in Chinese Kung Fu (Choylafoot and Hung Gar).

Dr. G. S. Mentz, JD, MBA, MPM, CIPM
Prof. Mentz has a juris doctorate in civil law, an MBA in international business, and an Advanced Diploma Certification in International Law from an ABA accredited law school. Mentz holds the MPM Master Project Manager Graduate credential and several other certifications. Dr. Mentz has published over 20 books and has authored a multitude of accepted journal articles.

In the last 20 years, Prof. Mentz has taught over 120 courses at business school, MBA, and law school levels. Mentz co-authored the IPMC International Project Management Commission Treatise of Knowledge TOK, designed the protocols for project management, and is on the academic board overseeing the course curriculum and exams for the MPM and CIPM Certifications.

Mentz is a licensed attorney and qualified to practice in the state and federal jurisdictions in the United States of America. Mentz has been quoted or featured in some of the world's most respected news venues such as the: Wall Street Journal, The El Norte Mexico, The Financial Times, and the China Daily. Prof. Mentz is Chairman of the Board of Standards for the IPMC and AAPM. Mentz is the recipient of faculty awards and an award for meritorious service to charity.

William O'Toole
William O'Toole B.Sc, M.E assisted in the development of the event industry worldwide. He has worked for the European Union, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Dubai Government and numerous other authorities in developing their event strategies. He is the author of three international textbooks on event and project management published in four languages. The textbooks are used as the basis of courses in over two hundred universities around the world. He is a popular teacher and trainer in the application of project and risk management in complex and uncertain fields such as events. He originated the Event Management Body of Knowledge that has developed into a framework for management and training competency in Canada, Australia and South Africa.

Currently William is the Associate Director of the graduate program in project management at the University of Sydney.

John Snelson FCMA, CPA
Mr Snelson is the former Managing Partner of Ernst & Young Management Consulting in Sydney, Australia and National Director of the Performance Improvement Practice. During his period with Ernst & Young, Mr Snelson was the project leader of a wide variety of management consulting advisory assignments for large government utilities and private companies.

He is a frequent speaker at major conferences on strategic management accounting, financing community service obligations and the corporatisation of utilities. He was keynote speaker at The Economist International CFO Conference in Cebu, Philippines.

He has experience since 2000 as Chief Executive of a national charity, Chairman of a public company (Bank) and Chairman or director of several other companies.

Alan Taylor BSc
Alan has over nineteen years Project Management experience in small, medium and large organizations. He is experienced in the definition and deployment of Business Change and in addressing the associated issue of Stakeholder Management.

Mr Gent has traveled widely in Asia since 1990, lived and worked in Hong Kong and then Singapore since 1996, previously delivered major projects in UK, Continental Europe and US and has 16 years experience in the delivery and management of large scale I.T. Infrastructure, Telecom and Network projects in the Finance Sector, on both the end-user client and supplier side.
